Peach Tarts are here!!

Just started making the first peach tarts earlier this week. I couldn't wait to have one.. Our made from scratch tart shells layered with fresh mousseline cream and topped with juicy peach slices-Good Stuff!

So I've been trying to step out from behind the Espresso Machine (insert your own Chris-is-short joke here) and get caught up with the times. So I started a facebook for Peaberry's. I hope everyone had a great fourth! We went to the Fairgrounds for the fireworks show and the activities. Here is a picture of Tyler attempting a game..

He didn't quite make it the all the way to the end, although he did get pulled all the way back- which, for him, was just as much fun.

It was nice to see those of you I bumped into running from place to place this weekend. I'll see you soon at Peaberry's!
